Since 2016 it has helped Canadian companies and professionals from various industries to boost their German language skills and provided language coaching and business consulting in order to foster bilateral relations and strengthen economic ties between North American and German companies.

The Founder:
Nils L., MBA BBA CIP
Born and raised in Germany, Nils moved to Canada in 2007. He has lived and worked in Bremen, Berlin, New York, Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto. He gained broad experience in the aviation, automobile, insurance, education and consulting industry for both German and North American companies. In late 2015 he left his job as Business Development Manager with the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and launched GERMAN IQ.
He has been providing teaching, coaching, and consulting services for many years and is specialized in corporate and executive language coaching for German as well as business development and intercultural training. He completed his language coach certification (DaF) at the University of Marburg in Germany in 2020. Nils holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Berlin School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
